Yay more Iggos robots for my shop cat Boots enjoying himself among the Iggos robots arms and legs...

Had to build them a different way...assemble arms 'n' legs first...then fill the body...
because my sewing machines would break down on the fact that the thickness
was a problem...just easier this way and more fun to do... ;0)

Getting ready to show muh stuff at a gallery in my hometown...trying a new idea on framing a print...something like a slide that you view under a microscope...just laminated the image...put the glass ontop to trim to fit my painted second hand frames...and there ya go suspended animation/float mount...used double sided tape on them to keep them from moving around...along with hidden hotglue to hold in the time I use the bigger frames I'll go get the images laminated at staples so they fit exactly to the larger glass it would just look better than being stuck in the center with edges showing...ah well fer next time

I was just thinking about how artists are breaking away from using traditional in painting on reclaimed lumber instead of a store bought canvas...finding an old door or window and creating artwork on those types of items...just kinda cool...thinkin' 'bout black pipe bent acrylic and a totem pole situation fer some reason earlier today...da-der-der

Roller Derby...looks fun...skate around bustin' people up as a sport (kind of like how I played soccer in HS)...heehee...great way to deal with any kind of anger issues...better way to get back in shape while havin' some fun without incurring any kind of felonious assault charges...also alot mo' fun than jogging in place starring at a wall...nothing like a static workout plan to make you forget about working out all together...

hmmm might have to look into it a lil' further....I just love the names and logos of the teams I've seen so far...pretty cool stuffs...better have health insurance... ;0)
Just some random RD images...

Finished the Wolf...he's not so big...and he is not so bad...he just might nip at your toes if you don't give him a cupcake...thought the wolf should be short 'n' cute...(hand painted the face and paws)...maybe that's how he was able to pull on grandma's heart strings ;0)

When making Red used a lil' girly aspiration/inspiration...ballerinas...soo I tried to do a leggy ballet dancer style doll...just thought about my 9th bday cake and how it had these gold and silver colored ballet figurines all over it (the best cake ever)...and how I kept these decorations and played with them all the time...just a goofball childhood memory :0)

Mmmm-Mmmm basket 'o' goodies...

New plush toys!

Starting to cut out two new dinos...

And working on my version of lil' Red Riding Hood...just wanted to make a doll for awhile now...loved little red riding hood's story growing up...using some remmnant red organza for the tutu under layer...playing around with the interior designer fabric samples for the hood...the entire body was made out of 100% cotton muslin with handpainted details...adding the blupony808 style to the robots...big floppy legs and arms
